For extra assurance, we offer a full maintenance support plan, which covers BOTH software and hardware.   If you are a non-contract customer, please be advised that you will be directed to purchase an EZ Support Voucher before you receive remote support.  If this is an emergency, please call 1-844-887-7672 Ext. 2.
